December Review: A Walk on the Light Side
As we approach the end of the year a little introspection and a little looking back is permissible. When we started out Rochford Life, our primary goal was to establish a directory of shops, businesses, clubs groups, organisations etc. and that is what we’ve spent much of our time doing in a fairly relaxed way. Not being a business or out to make money, we’ve taken our time in identifying a large number of those who go to make up the community that is Rochford. Of course there have been those who have declined our offer of free publicity or involvement with us, and we have respected their wishes.
At the same though, we wanted to make this more than a bare community directory, more of a magazine and for that reason we included interviews with people of the community wherever that was possible.
