Waterman Primary School is out of special measures! Better than that, they achieved a ‘good’ grade, two steps up. Not just ‘satisfactory’ but ‘good’. Now they are clearly working to hold onto that. Rachel, the acting head, is clearly now digging in for long-term success. Here she shares with us, something of who she is, where the school is, and where she is hoping to go with it.
